Congratulations to our last Employee Spotlight of 2025, Scott Stuck!
Scott Stuck has worked second shift as a builder at Hope Timber Pallet & Recycling for nearly two years. Known for his punctuality, competence as a builder, and resourcefulness, Scott approaches every challenge with his personal motto: “If you are not willing and prepared to earn your money, turn around.” No matter the challenge, Scott consistently delivers each evening, earning the respect of his team members and receiving the last Employee Spotlight reward of 2025!

Outside of work, Scott prioritizes his family time above all other things. After a long day at work, he enjoys unwinding on his recliner with a beverage and a good show on TV. Scott also enjoys exploring his interest in art. When asked who he would most like to have dinner with, his response was Aleister Crowley, an English, multi-talented esotericist (1875-1947). Maybe then Scott could find the answer to Ozzy Osbourne’s question: “Mr. Crowley, what went on in your head?”

Scott looks up to his manager, Jason Kidd, who he describes as level-headed and well-rounded. Jason’s mentorship has inspired Scott to envision a future as a building-level manager. Scott believes his skill in communicating could help guide others through the more complex aspects of work, reflecting his commitment not only to his own tasks but to the success of Team Hope as a whole.
As the last Employee Spotlight recipient of the year, Scott’s dedication and skills will help Hope Timber continue to thrive. He has set the standard for excellence, and we’re happy to have him on our team.
