Plant Manager Eric Richeson is constantly monitoring the workplace culture at Hope Timber. He recognizes that the work is difficult and demanding and that it takes more than “just showing up” to get the job done. Eric, with the help of supervisor Ralph Blankenship, recently recognized individuals who they feel are leaders in exhibiting effort and a positive attitude. Those individuals are:

- Robby Laughlin – Building 6 Forklift
- Joe Stewart – Building 6 Builder
- Chris Hughes – Building 6 Builder
- Josh Woodruff – Dock Grind Operator

Effort and attitude form the foundation of success. While effort dictates the quality and output of work, attitude shapes the workplace environment.
