In less than a year since joining Hope Timber, Forklift Operator Kyle McNeal earned the Employee of the Quarter award. From day one, Kyle stood out for his diligence, dependability, and conscientiousness in his work ethic. It was easy to see that Kyle is driven, ambitious, and motivated. He sets high standards for himself, approaching each task with precision, and is quick to lend a helping hand to others once his work is done.

Kyle draws a parallel between his experiences at Hope Timber and the workplace challenges depicted in the FX series The Bear. While Hope Timber deals with pallets, not plates of beef, the urgent pace of each shift is the same. Like The Bear’s Carmy Berzatto, Hope Timber employees must operate at the same level of dedication and tenacity if they are to be successful. A typical day is one of constant motion, and Kyle is always up to the challenge, raising the bar for those around him.

Outside of work, Kyle enjoys golf, Frisbee golf, skateboarding, video games, and time with family. After a long day, he enjoys kicking his feet up and watching a show with his wife and daughter or playing games with friends.

Though Kyle’s expertise in his current role is clear, he aspires to be a supervisor or step into a leadership position. The knowledge required for the day-to-day operations of a company is a challenge he feels could test his strengths. Regardless of the role, Hope Timber’s success will always be a reflection of employees like Kyle McNeal.

Thank you, Kyle, for your dedication to Hope Timber. This award is well-earned—and just the beginning.
