Reliable, knowledgeable and experienced: For nearly two years, Caleb Albertson has displayed these qualities as a builder at Hope Timber Pallet & Recycling. Building quality pallets requires attention to detail, physical strength, technical skills, problem-solving, and the ability to work as a team. Caleb, exemplifying all these qualities, has earned the last Employee Spotlight Award of 2024!
When asked what he enjoys most about his role at Hope Timber, Caleb cites the sense of accomplishment he gets from building out an order. It is always a challenge, especially when working on a tight timeline, but for Caleb, meeting those challenges head-on gives him the rewarding feeling of contributing to an important cause. This positive attitude and work ethic will serve Caleb well as he aspires for a leadership position at Hope Timber!
When not at Hope Timber, Caleb enjoys fishing, skating, and watching movies. Caleb is also a self-described music buff and fan of the UK band Skindred. A couple of Caleb’s notable favorites from Skindred’s album Babylon are “Pressure” and “Nobody.” Just as the UK ragga-metal legends, Skindred, are innovative in fusing genres together to create a unique sound, Caleb uses his many talents to be one of Hope Timber’s accomplished builders!
